...there is something that we must not know about him to get passed up so many times.

Someone know why he seems to be invisible to some of these teams.  Good God some teams made some really strange choices this offseason as to who their next coach was.  They were chosen over EB.

Agreed.

Pretty sure E.B. interviewed for all the vacancies this cycle.

Andy Reid offensive coaching branches have no been quality head coaches. It's that simple.

You are not wrong.

He's done ok developing defensive disciples, which is weird.  I suspect it's because he actually lets those guys go do their thing.  McDermott and Harbaugh come to mind.

Just to clarify, Harbaugh was a special teams coach.

Reid's current ST coach Dave Toub has gotten head coaching interviews too.

He's an OC that doesn't actually run the offense.

That's what hurts his chances.

EX-actly. That loss doesn't help, but I wouldn't hire him regardless. Not until he starts actually calling plays.

"That might sound silly to those who think an offensive coordinator’s only job is to call plays, which the 39-year-old Sirianni did not do in Indianapolis. "
