Are they? Maybe they are, maybe they are not. Thats the issue, none of us really know at this point. It certainly isn't out of the question, just as it certainly isn't out of the question that they are being truthful.

If there are 22 women alleging the same thing to a degree there is a 0% chance they all are lying.

False!  With 2 months since Deshaun asked out, there has been plenty of time to find 22 (or more) payday hungry women.

Until we have factual evidence there is nothing 100% and to think otherwise is based off of an opinion. It doesn't look good from a distance, but forming a 100% opinion of guilt based solely on accusations alone just isn't smart. It would also not be smart to presume him innocent. We do not know!  It's a good talking point, but nobody should have a 100% opinion either way at this point. Continue to follow the situation, and let it play out.

Nobody is finding 22 random women looking for a payday that is going to straight lie about being with Watson.  Jesus h Christ people think this through.  It isn’t hard.

Watson went to the first massage therapist in March of last year, and the others throughout the rest of the year up till recently. Nobody disputes that.

His statement that he was no longer going to play for the Texans didn't happen until this offseason.

So what happened here? Did somebody start some kind of a long con a year ago just in case?

Yes, think it through!  At the same time let the situation play out before declaring innocent or guilty. Geez....its not hard to be patient and not claim that you already 100% know the outcome

Do you think it is possible that the lawyer found 10 or more woman that would be willing to lie that Watson went overboard with them having never met him before?

Pretty simple question but I doubt you will answer

Nobody mentioned it starting a year ago. But 2 months is a long time to track down the therapists he has been to. We also haven't seen factual evidence that he even went to all of them. Do you know for a fact that he visited with each of them? Can you 100% say that they weren't approached about a payday? The answer is none of us can. None of us know this to be factual because it hasn't played out in court yet. We have heard accusations, we have no proof. I want justice to whomever deserves it.

Yes, it is possible. Never say never until you have the facts and know 100%

Look, I am not defending Watson here, I am defending the process to give both sides their day in court. I hope the guilty party faces many consequences, whichever side it may be.

You sir are completely insane.

Whatever dude. You can name call like a little kid all you want. The FACT is that you  nor any of us on this message board know for 100% certainty that he is guilty or innocent.

I will say this AGAIN! It doesn't look good for Watson, but we have to let it play out with facts before jumping to conclusions. These women haven't even appeared in court yet. Some or most could back out before then. Let it play out, not hard.

You have a example of say 5 or more women lying about sexual assault accusing one guy?   I doubt you do.

It only takes one.

What do you not get? I have never said innocent or guilty. I have never said the women are lying, or that they aren't lying. I have simply stated that until it plays out with facts in court, that we do not know and that anything is possible. Presuming guilt or innocence without it playing out is dangerous. The only side I am on is justice, and that will come soon enough. If Watson is guilty, he should face consequences. If he is innocent, those women should face consequences. If anybody is behind this, that person should face consequences.

What is so hard about waiting for all of the facts?

I mean, if you want to go this route, maybe McNair hired the CIA to come brainwash him just in case they needed something to use against him, right?

(good grief) 🙄

First off, Watson hasn't disputed seeing these therapists. Word is part of his defense will be that he went to these therapists rather than his normal masseuse due to Covid

Second, there are documented messages between the parties via Instagram and text.

Third, you seriously think in this day and age that someone could get away with making up not just the charges but claiming he visited places he never went? Not like that'd be hard to disprove.

Oy 🙄

Questioning whether or not he's guilty is valid, the scenario you're painting here where even the visits themselves are fiction is just beyond ridiculous.

This is such a horrific situation.  If Watson did in fact commit a crime and is found guilty, then he should be punished in accordance of the law.

If he's innocent criminally, and found guilty in civil court, then this is a very expensive stupid tax.  The threshold for guilt is much lower in civil court.  The reality is Watson should have done a better job protecting himself from these kinds of accusations.  Filming the event, making sure a witness is present, etc.

A whole lot of poo is going to come from this, no matter the out come.

    • Giving just a bit of the rds for copywriter reasons  I honestly cannot see this happening tonight for the Panthers   I see either a CB and linebacker or CB AND CENTER  im sharing as many on here follow Dane    33. Buffalo Bills (from CAR): Adonai Mitchell, WR, Texas 34. New England Patriots: Ladd McConkey, WR, Georgia 35. Arizona Cardinals: Cooper DeJean, CB, Iowa Between DeJean’s versatility and the Cardinals’ needs in the secondary, this is a team-player pairing that made a ton of sense in the first round — and makes even more sense in Round 2. 36. Washington Commanders: Patrick Paul, OT, Houston 37. Los Angeles Chargers: Junior Colson, LB, Michigan 38. Tennessee Titans: Johnny Newton, DT, Illinois   39. Carolina Panthers (from NYG): Kool-Aid McKinstry, CB, Alabama   40. Washington Commanders (from CHI): Marshawn Kneeland, Edge, Western Michigan 41. Green Bay Packers (from NYJ): Edgerrin Cooper, LB, Texas A&M   51. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jackson Powers-Johnson, G/C, Oregon 55. Miami Dolphins: Zach Frazier, G/C, West Virginia 65. Carolina Panthers: DJ James, CB, Auburn
    • well, then we will continue to be a poorly run and dysfunctional org IMO.  I think it's poorly run org.....that you would tie someone's hands and careers to the mistakes and decisions of people you fired before them.  You hired them to come in and create something that works.  That generally would means, throwing in the garbage many things the last group did.   I mean, Bryce simply put could be a good college quarterback that the folks that just got fired incorrectly picked.   Everyone good in college isn't going to be a good NFL player.  And it's also why decent college players often can become great NFL players.  HCs don't determine all that.  Sometimes they do.  Sure.  But again, Bryce in his own words after a dismal rookie season...said he spent the offseason away from football.  Alone and binging you tube and netflix.    That doesn't sound anything like the QBs that have turned into great NFL QBs.    I hope for the best.  But if Bryce repeats last season?  They 100% should move on.  You want to force us into a year 3 just because or fire Canales because Bryce isn't a NFL QB?
    • Yeah I think you have to, he can play his position. Just hope he can stay healthy.
