This is nerve racking.

This is why I didn't want to lay down to them the last game.

We just need the Aho/Necas/Svech flood gates to open this period. The first two have been trying way too hard and Svech has been shut down for the most part.

These are the Stanley Cup playoffs no one is laying down, We have outplayed them by quite a bit and been more physical.

    • To me it seems they were focusing on getting their guy. Which to me indicates they already had the positions they selected already determined. Now why that was I cannot ascertain at this point in time. Sometimes it is based on availability in the talent pool at the position of need. Sometimes it's because they have blinders on for a certain player. Whatever the reason that pick has to contribute at some point to be worth the selection. I think the 1st 3 picks will contribute this season in some form. 2 may actually start by the end of the season. If that happens it will be a good draft. It's about all you can expect with not having a 1st round pick. If they somehow get a contributer today I would call it a decent draft until I see how it pans out at the end of the season.
    • All depends on how far or what you got in return. trade down 5 spots for an additional 5th-6th rd pic. trading down 10+ spots for Pennie’s.  No. if there is a single guy your deadset on at 101.  I’m not picking up the phone.
    • there is not much we can do--pull him for Dalton?  Most first rounders get 2 seasons.  It could be a "worst case scenario" that he improves to mediocre.  Tua in Miami won about 11 games last year.  However, they have weaponry out the arse.
