Because this gives us a rough idea of what to expect from that connection at least :

Looking forward to him developing similar chemistry with DJ, CMC, and company.

EDIT : of course Youtube(and the NFL) has to be a beeyotch and not allow embedding of this vid so you have to go there to watch it but whatever.

I think he’ll not be a Panther in 2 years.

You should make a bet.

If Sam is still a Panther after 2 years, you don't post at all here for 1 full season.

If it turns out that you are correct, then everyone here is required to give you nothing but Positive reaction emoji's (No Poo's) all season long no matter what you type.

Sounds fair?   😁

Well so do I but this is not about betting with money.

It doesn’t matter this guy makes a new account every so often. Chuck, Sanjay etc...  By the time we know if Darnold is the answer or not, he could be several more accounts deep.

Rhule has said that 1st round QB's are hit and miss and that is why they did not draft a QB(Justin Fields) in the first round of the draft.... Following it up with saying he believes in Sam Darnold. Of course Rhule also said he believed in Teddy Bridgewater and that Bridgewater would perform at a high level for them...Shortly before calling most rnd 1 QB's a bust, Rhule brought in Sam Darnold, who was a first round pick and has not shown anything to prove he isn't a bust. I don't think Rhule realizes that he contradicted himself over explaining the QB position and his decision process.....

    • To me, this seems like they feel they aren't going to be competitive. I can't help but go back to Bryce. Good guy, but he doesn't inspire people to give it their all. He isn't a "leader" that people look to. There is no Smith, Delhomme, Kuechly, Cam, etc. coming in that door.  It has to be Bryce, but biologically speaking, how often is the shortest man in the room going to command the kind of respect that will drive people? It just isn't. That isn't how we are wired. That isn't how any living animal on Earth today is wired.  I just follow the science guys.
    • Vick's issue with Reid was that he couldn't take a hit, and he wouldn't go down. Otherwise he was pretty good much of the time.  Mahomes has a system that works. Mahomes doesn't become Mahomes elsewhere because not everyone can extract 125% of the ability of a specific player like Reid can. Kevin O'Connell is beginning to look like he has that ability as well but I'll need to see how he does with his Redshirt Freshman.  I also wonder how much of their playoff issue last year was related to the offense as a whole and not just Darnold. Fans don't really dive into the "why" things happen, they just see the what and complain about it.
