John Fox saved his job...

We beat the Cards cause Warner was having an off day and they aren't a very good team this year.

Sorry, but Cards are still a very good team. You just haven't look at them right now. And don't make excuse for Warner. He wasn't having a off day. Our defense play their ass off.

The Saints game we lost because of...uhh..hmm..let me see...FOX!

Really? Funny, but I remeber DeAngelo fumble & the Saints got a TD from that. While Fox deserve the blame, but you didn't blame DeAngelo for that one.

We're only good against bad teams.

And good teams too as you forgot to mention in Cards & Falcons.

I see you have bad reading comprehension. Read that whole paragraph. That was specifically for those that think they're better than everyone else and are smug against those that are in reality.

Fair enough, but I seen the other side doing the same thing & being immature.

I think it's hilarious that you bring up the Super Bowl run SIX YEARS AGO as if it has any relevance to today. And right now Delhomme is worse than what Dilfer and Johnson were.

Exactly. I seen you & others brag that Jake was never good at all, when he was the first few season before this season.

Dilfer in the Super Bowl run: 12 TDs, 11 INTs

Johnson in the Super Bowl run: 22 TDs, 6 INTs and a Pro Bowl

Jake right now: 7 TDs and 13 INTs lol

FAIL

Fail? You're comparing Jake right now to Dilfer during his Superbowl run. Read again: I was comparing Jake's skills (not refering to this season) to Dilfer, not Jake's current season to Dilfer's Superbowl season. If Jake is worse, why many who aren't Jake's fans bring up Dilfer few times & said he is bad.

Those people are just stating reality. Jake only had 1 good game this year and that was Sunday. Any other win we had was in spite of Jake.

So why Jake wasn't good against the Saints & the Cards then? Especially when he has no INT. on those last 3 games before Miami?? I thought Jake is bad when he has INT. Guess even if the team win & he has no INT., he only has 1 game that was against the Falcons.

And again, there you go with you're misinformed verbal diarrhea. See above for the whole Dilfer and Johnson comparison to Jake.

Diarrhea? Weak smack there, kid. Try better, but then you're sick with coming up that kind of crap, no pun intended.

And again, you didn't read carefully on what I'm saying on Dilfer & Johnson: I was not comparing their SB record to Jake's current bad season. I was refering to the years they were in the NFL. Or at least how they play.

We watch because the Panthers are our favorite team. Just because some actually recognizes problems with the team don't mean they should stop watching.[/quite]

If people stop watching, then they're not fans. I will watch my team despite being upset with their performance, 'cause that what a fan do: they support them 100% through good time & bad time.

Nice to put words in my mouth there, bud. I never support mediocrity. I support the team wheter they play good or bad, even if I hate that. And of course I want the team to be better. Doesn't mean I should just quit on them like a bandwagon jumper after not being happy with their performance.

We may not win with Fox if he doesn't make some change, but we can with Jake if they make him play the way he should & all of the team play like our '03-'04 team. If average QB like Dilfer & Johnson can win a SB, so can Jake. I bet if Jake was with the Steelers during Cowher's last SB run, he would've gotten a ring.

Fail? You fail to read some of my comparsion of Johnson & Dilfer to Jake incorrectly. Thus, you fail.

    • I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.
    • Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
    • What the Panthers should target in order (via free agency or via trade): 1. Julian Blackmon  2. Mike Hilton 3. Jaire Alexander 4. Jalen Ramsey
