Reyna is so fast. Also the dribble that put DeAndre Yedlin on his butt. Yo.

McKinze Gaines is fast too but he had trouble controlling the ball at his feet. 

Hope Fuchs is OK. 

Good game today by Charlotte FC.

Never really been a soccer/futbol fan but I went to my first Charlotte FC game on Saturday and the atmosphere was pretty electric.  I am all in on the hype - I just ordered like $250 in apparel lol.

I'm still trying to figure out our roster.  I don't know these guys nearly well enough to pick them out on the field during the game.  But the way you guys are describing Fuchs, he sounds kinda like the Roy Kent of Charlotte FC.

Hahah Fuchs is our Roy Kent, that’s pretty spot on and fugging hilarious. The supporters section should do something with that. Not exactly sure what but something.

Honest opinion, Gaines kinda sucks. He’s fast and that’s it. Can’t utilize it at all

Yeah, plus him wearing that oversized jersey makes him look much suckier too lol.  Rooting for him though, maybe all those missed opportunities helps him improve.

      I just dont get the worry over losing a practice squad player that just went undrafted. Everyone just made their selections. The chances of a team wanting to sign him to an active roster after not selecting him is very low.  If that interested they would have taken him late to evaluate in person. As far as I can tell two qbs were signed off another teams practice squad last season and they were both going in to their 5th season.

      I enjoyed reading this thread and the usual banter that follows. The only silver lining I can identify right now is we do actually have a couple of young QB's behind him and we do have a nice roster on both sides of the ball built around the most important position. So if the team overall shows some promise but we still falter largely due to a lack of consistent passing output (again) hopefully the decision makers can be free to make the best decision for the team going forward after the conclusion of this upcoming season.

      I don't really follow the team anymore due to a variety of reasons and consequently have largely stopped posting but I agree that this is a lovely website and community. This forum probably kept me around for years longer than I would've stuck otherwise because of how difficult it was to stop checking multiple times a day. Especially appreciate how lax the moderation tends to be compared to a lot of places, the crew here does a great job. Out of curiousity I decided to try making a new account (solely for testing purposes) to see what exactly is wrong with the sign up process. The issue seems to be that it never sends you an account verification email, thus making it impossible to complete registration. This is likely something to do with the email server upstream, hope it gets fixed. Also, lol
