John Fox is truly a piece of shit for not going with Moore by now

With five games to go (four of which are great teams), he's already set his own personal high for picks in a season and is only four away from tying Kerry Collins' all-time franchise record for picks in a season with 21.

For not giving this team an opportunity to succeed this year by stubbornly standing by his $20 million man, John Fox can burn in hell.

I am really just perplexed by Jake still being out there. Chris Weinke threw 19 picks as a rookie. Collins threw 21 picks as a third-year quarterback. Jake is doing this when he's old and has over a decade of NFL football under his belt. Why in the hell has he not been pulled? Richardson should pull a Bud Adams and demand Moore be put in or Fox should be shown the door before the season even ends.

Or could JR be the reason he is still in there.

    • There probably isn’t an orthopedic surgery that has had more improvement in technique and outcomes over the last two decades than the acl repair. Because of its importance in pro sports and the sheer number that surgeons do there have been lots of opportunities to practice 1. Better techniques - arthroscopic v open surgery means people heal faster  2. More training - all sports med surgeons have tons of experience doing them 3. better imaging - later generations of mri are more sensitive  4. better therapy - PTs have gotten better at rehabbing them and the theories of rehab have improved a lot. No idea about brooks in particular tho, but I’d describe that overall situation as “not great”
    • If Freeling or either of the Utah OTs dropped to 19 I'd be more than happy honestly. Our OT situation isn't great with an aging Moton at RT and a mess of a situation at LT if Walker goes down at any point in time.  What I'm expecting the Panthers to do is probably draft another weapon like Sadiq or KC Conception. That's been their track record in drafting R1 thus far. None of the defensive talent projected to be around 19 stands out to me. Unless they just want to draft a LB early (Rodriguez,  CJ Allen, Anthony Hill, Jake Gollday).
