Kearse was a dominant pass rusher early on, but only weighed about 240. Over time, he became less effective as teams realized they could run on him.

I recall his overall career being relatively short.

If ten years is short sure.... Not really a comparison though seeing as Kearse came into the NFL maxed out in size and only six months younger than Burns currently is.
