That's a negative, Baker is 2 inches taller.

Also:

Our "backup" QB throws half as many TD's and twice the INT's (as percentages) as Sam Darnold.  I gotta believe we can do better.  Our PUNTER can probably do better tbh.

Probably can't do better this season but it certainly needs addressed. The qb position should still be priority number 1.

Yeah I agree there are dudes getting cut today who are better backups. Dinucci would instantly be our second best until Sam is back. And Dinucci we could keep long term after we release sam next year

They should definitely get another qb on the practice squad to start learning the playbook asap

I was sitting behind the bench at fan fest, PJ was the smallest looking guy out there.

Not bulky either.

There could be some decent prospects cut the we could comb through.  That kid that played for Cincinnati the other day looked pretty good. Can't remember his name at the moment.

Streveler looked good with the Jets, they either have to cut him or Mike White

    • How many elite QBs do we have right now in the league? And how elite are they, really? Mahomes - I seriously doubt anyone would say otherwise. My only counterpoint is that since Tyreek left, he has not been as explosive. Only one with a ring. Allen - Yes. His first year was rough, however, and even now, he's a turnover machine which has cost his team games. Wouldn't surprise me if he regresses as talent around him goes elsewhere. Burrow - Can say he got to a Super Bowl but injuries may be a concern. All those sacks he took may be coming back to bite the Bengals. Jackson/Prescott - Can't win in the playoffs even with rosters around them, so no. So there you go. At least in my eyes, there's only maybe 3 right now. And over the past 10 years, QBs not Mahomes/Brady that have won were (noodle arm) Manning, Nick Foles and Matthew Stafford. Even Stafford I'd argue was a one-shot because the Rams absolutely went all-in with talent.
    • Without Guentzel, the team has a better chance of being able to keep Jarvy long term, Noesen for another 2-3 years, Drury and Turbo maybe. And I'm saying that because I think Jarvis will make us forget about Guentzel.
