Then you are blind

I’m not going to over-react after one freaking game like most here are doing. It’s like y’all think the season is one game and if you lose it’s over.

Not saying we will play any better next week but I’m willing to wait and see.

Yes or no question.  Just answer yes or no

after todays game do you see a scenario where this team and this coaching staff makes the playoffs?

It's not the "one freaking game".

I started watching football at five years old. I've seen fifty opening days since then. I know what "jitters" look like.

I also know what a team that's totally, woefully unprepared looks like.

That first half was, without exaggeration, some of the worst football I've ever watched. And it came against a backup quarterback ateamnd a that didnt look like anything special.

It's just...bad.

    • I agree but he honestly has gotten better about this. Used to be he’d do it like 4-5 times a game, now it’s like 2-3. Overall I’m incredibly happy with his game, his D has been solid and when he is playing his role he’s a solid scorer and one of the few guys who can consistently finish at the rim and provide that threat. Plus he’s electric and LaMelo loves him. Going into the season I was sure he would just be a stop gap here but now I’m reconsidering and could see him continue to be a “core” piece here. Obviously not on the level of the other starters but he is an important cog for this team. We felt his missed presence during his and Moose’s suspensions.
    • Philly will be a bigger challenge than the Knicks were IMO. George and Embiid are back, not sure about Maxey but Embiid alone is a nightmare matchup for us and Moose. We’ve never really done well against him. Celtics added Tatum but honestly not sure they’re all that much better with him right now than they were when we whooped them a few weeks ago. We should be able to at the very least split these 2, hopefully take both.
