There's a big difference there though.

Tepper isn't very smart 😕

That’s what concerns me. I’ve said to friends I think we are the new Browns under him. That’s the trajectory the Panthers are on. So many red flags with Tepper & I just don’t have confidence he’ll ever learn from his mistakes.

Well, it's not quite that simple. If it were, we could do it 😆

The heart of it is that the offensive staff (not Campbell himself) figured out a weakness of the Fangio based concepts that are in use all over the league right now and they're exploiting it.

Combine that with some effective OL scouting and building and you've got an approach that so far is working pretty well.

Meanwhile, we're tipping play tendencies with our formations 😕

I understand the game is over-analyzed, dissected and mapped to the sub-atomic level.

I also understand that it can be stupid simple.
- Big moves Little

- Speed kills

The league is cycling between the 2 philosophies.  It’s swung far into the speed to the point bigger stronger teams can exploit it.

And yeah we are dookey shoes.

The NFL has definitely been cyclical.

Just have to be smart enough to know what to do and when.

(and never hire college coaches) 😕
