I don’t recall hardly anyone being low on Dorsey.  Actually quite the opposite.  Many liked how he worked with Cam, just like many Buffalo fans have liked how he’s developed Josh Allen.

Shula on the other hand.  Everyone hated him because his predictable play calling.  
 

Dorsey has called a pretty dang good season thus far in Buffalo to where most Bills fans are praying he doesn’t leave after this year.

Also, living in Tampa, watching a ton of Bucs games, working with Bucs season ticket holders.  I can tell you.  As far as “play calling” goes.  Dorsey has as much experience as Leftwich, if not more.
