I don’t know about that at all.  The flow is better and when we go through long stretches not giving him the basketball he is neutralized anyway.

The team isn’t coached correctly.  I just keep coming back to that.  A team that has this many games under its belt plays better than we do

If you can find his plus/minus numbers I'm pretty sure that'll tell you the story.

I can’t…I hear you.  No one was given the mins to develop behind him.  He being out doesn’t really change much…we don’t utilize him anyway.  It’s maddening.  We have plenty of talent but have to play with basketball IQ and get good shots.

And don’t give up layups on defense.  Ever

Don't get me wrong, I think Hubert has done an overall pretty atrocious job.

Playing Bacot right now is an atrocious job. I would've told him as long as we maintain a double digit lead it's not a conversation. Rest up big guy.

So true…I mean you really have to look at why Hubert is so incredibly tied to playing these starters such incredible mins in the second half.  He coaches scared

I think he might understand that he just can't develop players so he rides and dies with his starters. That's a terrifying thought but I can't think of anything else.

I honestly just don't really see any signs of actual coaching.

It is really amazing at North Carolina that we are seeing this kind of coaching.  Roll the ball out and play.  Go get them guys.  No strategy at all.

I have coached req league and would never play a guy that was hurt.  So irresponsible and ridiculous

    • I feel like Young lost a year with the Reich-Thomas Brown debacle in year one and that really hampered some growth he may have had.    With that said, he’s played enough games for me to just not see a franchise qb. I think there is a path for him to be a serviceable qb with a strong running game, good offensive line, and good defense. He could probably be a qb that could win a division in the right circumstances.   But it’d be a firm no from me on giving him a big contract at this point without him elevating his play well above where he’s played for two and a half years so far.
    • It's absolutely on him to change his narrative, and fans deserve to be critical of perceived shortcomings when those shortcomings reflect actual performance failings. But those that just rage at any perception that he may be developing into the team's quarterback for the future (notice I said may, this is not a given at all) just need a reality check on their hyperbole, just like those who proclaim his proclivity for game-winning drives negates his failings that sometimes lead to those situations.
