OSU losing today really screwed up any wildcards getting in. It's gonna be Georgia, OSU, Michigan, and TCU.

I agree assuming Ga, Mich and TCU win next week.  OSU with 1 loss will get in over Bama (even though I think Bama is better)

If USC wins out, there’s no way OSU gets in. I think the committee would be hard pressed to justify OSU getting in after getting absolutely beat down by the one good opponent they faced.

Even as a Bama fan, I don’t think Bama should get in this year though. They have just not performed at a level to justify it.

This is what I said earlier. All the big predictors seem to believe OSU and Michigan are in regardless of how the game turned out today. We will have to see after championship week.

If USC wins out, they are in over OSU with that beat down.

I’m not so sure. Is a loss to the #3 team in the country worse than USC losing to Utah? And USC beat Oregon State 17-14, Arizona 45-37, UCLA 48-45. They have been in much tighter games all season really. It could be a toss up and I would be ok with either one getting in.

    • I agree with OP notion, QBs always get credited for game winning drives even if they do minimal. Just last night Caleb got credited for a GE drive when they basically ran the ball the whole drive and only had to go 36 yards.   And there are drives where Bryce could of had a game winning drive if not for a Legette drop vs Philly or a Chubba fumble vs Tampa
    • You are actually, genuinely comparing Bryce to Jimmy fuging Pickles? Jimmy accounted for 3 touchdowns in his 10 starts in 2010. In Bryce’s 10 games post benching last year, he accounted for 20 touchdowns. Jimmy threw three touchdowns in 2010. Three. Bryce has thrown 10 touchdowns through 6 games. He is currently on track to throw for 3300 yards, 28 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. Wtf are we even talking about anymore. I mean seriously
    • Tepper? The guy that directs the coaches towards goals that he set for them… that guy. He is the one.    I don’t think he ever was going to be expelled from class, they had him come in for garbage time maybe the 2nd week he was benched.  I will say this. People said he wasn’t under pressure the last part of the year when he did better, but he was fighting for his career and that’s pressure. And he saved his career too. I don’t reject him for those kinds of things I reject him for the physical things. I have always brought it down to he has slim margin for error and has to be perfect. People with the tool set have a little fatter margin for error. Why make it harder on yourself? Got nothing to do with hating him.  I am no statistician but game that margin thing out a lot and see how that works.
