Can Tepper find anyone better than Wilks?

I think right now it comes down to this:

Can we find anyone better as a leader of men? Maybe, but not that likely

Can we find anyone better to bring in a fresh offensive prospective? Probably. 

Can we find anyone better to do both?  Bringing in an up and coming coordinator has huge risk/reward. 

Wilks, at least as it seems now, is damn good a leading the men he has to play hard for him.  Would I take Reich over Wilks? Yes. The OC from Philly or Detroit?  Probably because I want to watch fun football again.  Harbaugh, yeah.  Leftwich? Dunno, not convinced it wasn't Arians running the O and they aren't exactly lighting the world on fire since Arian left. 

Are we going to get one of these guys without a franchise QB? I don't know. But if we can't lets stick with Wilks and get him a real OC.

      I didn't want to pay him and they should have traded him before the 20+ million in dead cap. I feel this is another "blame tepper", he wanted a QB and Panthers only had 4 draft picks. CMC got a bad health report and missed games, but league still valued him and he was the best player on the team. Shitttttterererererererer traded him for 4 future picks, the future 2nd ended up being 61st........so all the other draft picks in 5th 4th were next to last, just a mistake. Yes 49ers at the time looked cook, but CMC helped them reach the SB. Used that 2nd and 3rd in the BY and DJ Johnson trades.....just awful returns. It was dirty to wilks to trade CMC while he was trying to make the playoffs, best I member the run game got better after the trade....   Im just one of those "never pay RB, safety, or MLBs" unless cheap/all world. CMC is not all world, but he's dang close.  Poorly handle, he bought a big home and thought he'd remain a career panther....Herniay made him the 16 million man, tops by 4 full million and no RB passed that mark for 2 years, God dam fug you herniay.  Im anti-RB, but about the last thing they should have done was trade a 1000 1000 threat that wanted to stay here, just total fumble by the Panthers/tepper/herniay/fittterererererererere per normal for this time-line.
