Could JSN be the slot receiver we are looking for? Apparently he ran a 4.64 coming out of HS and is rated as a 3rd rounder by some teams (according to Brugler). What’s everyone’s take on him? I don’t watch much outside of my heels so I really haven’t seen him play, and I know he’s been injured this year. Sounds like his strength is to get open, so he could be a perfect slot guy.

Seems more like a possession receiver to me. He's big and not that fast. I always think of smaller, shifty, quick guys when I think of slot receivers.

Underrated as fug, was the best WR in college football coming into this year. Injuries derailed his year, best hands in the draft and a great route tree sign me up.

He won’t make it past the early 2nd. Most sites have him as the 3rd or 4th WR in their rankings.  But I don’t have him with our 2nd if there. Imagine he won’t be sadly though.

Yeah if he is there in the 3rd we better run our pick to the stage.

I think he could be really good.  Personally I think Quentin Johnson is overrated.  This guy is better.

Very high on Rashee Rice though.  Guy is explosive and very productive

If we finish around pick #10, we had better come away with the best WR or Mayer.  We need more options in the passing game, period--that's not even debatable.  If this season has shown anything is that crappy coaches can ruin/stymie the best, young QBs and that game-manager QB types can consistently win on solid teams.

Give the QB some weapons and charge him with the task of NOT losing the game.  DJ can't be our only solid receiving option next year, it's can't happen.  I know we have some other guys at WR and TE, but right now, some other guys is about the most apt label there is to describe them.
