to be honest, Wade Phillips is a fat cheerleader, who always has this dumbass surprised look on his face when Dallas scores, like "holy sh*t, that play actually worked." He is a pathetic puppet who I'm certain is a panty-wearing yes-bitch who does whatever Jerry Jones tells him. He lacks the intangibles I want our next coach to have. He also lacks two tangibles - balls. That's just how I feel about Wade Phillips, no offense to you Andy.

I'd rather have Bum Phillips than Wade if I had to make a choice, and truth be told, I don't want EITHER of them here. Geezz, if we're going to seek retreaded Cowboys coaches, let's go for Barry Switzer. I think he's a joke too, but at least he'll bring SOME personality into all this! Or Jimmy Johnson, him and his hair actually built the Cowboys team that won Barry his ring! But I don't think we have a Herschel Walker equivalent who can bring us umpteen draft choices to build a dynasty from! Let's leave the Cowboys out of this!

      We're about 15th/16th overall in terms of player age and only have 11 players over the age of 29...Not too bad and I was more talking about this incarnation of the team is young. Canales is only 2 years in as a HC and we have young talent to build around. Regardless of what happens with Bryce you can't tell me a team learns how to win by losing a poo ton of games every year. Need to be happy we are currently not a basement dweller at this point in the season like we have been for the last 7 seasons. Even the year we went 7-10 we were 2-7 at this point. We just knocked off the #1 team in the NFC and have a winning record after the first 8 weeks for the first time in over 7 NFL seasons. The team deserves at least a little bit of fan support after having turned a very small corner.
