Watching Young's post draft interview on NFL Network last night, Lady Cowboy Fan mentioned that she liked hearing him talk about how hard he was going to work as opposed to him proclaiming how great he is.

I know it's not the way of the world these days, but old people like me still appreciate a little humility sometimes

The greats have this confidence coupled with humility. 

Even Muhammad Ali who came across as boisterous in his media persona is said to have been a very humble and gracious person when dealing with ordinary people on a daily basis. 

Bryce Young has leadership, confidence, and humility to be successful
