It was a discussion taking place in the Other NFL News thread since it was the offseason and things were slow. The discussion wasn't so much Cousins vs. Burrow but rather commenting that Cousins is widely derided for his performances in the postseason but the metrics show that he's not as bad as folks might believe.

Nobody really cares that much about it. Was just something to talk about in the main forum and it was requested that it be taken here instead so the convo was moved on from.
