It is so painful to watch the Panthers week after week as they blow a lead or just not play from the start and Fox clapping and butt patting players as they come off the field after another turnover or the other team rips off a 90 yard touchdown! I can't stand it as I'm screaming at the TV he's copping a feel :eek: These guys need a Hard A$$ not Mr.Magoo. It comes down to accountability He is the Coach and the team blows! Jake Delhomme should be gone and as for Matt Moore he is a career backup QB at best he will wash out soon and Jake Delhomme will be in tossing more interceptions than Tiger has hookers:rolleyes:

You've got to understand -- this season, we've been subjected to so many Fire Fox! and Fire Jake! threads that we're just so far past it, even if we do agree with the message (and I'd say the vast majority of posters here do not want to see either Fox as our coach or Jake as our quarterback next year).

Welcome to the forum, though. If you want to talk more on the Panthers than those two individuals, you'll find it here. Just wade through all of the other threads on the subject.

Fox is a motivator, folks dont follow people who degrade them. Football is a game of emotion and confidence.

Fox is just showing his players he believes in them.

Its easy to sit on the sideline and be pissed about the way he acts, but you dont have to go back into the locker room with the team or be there during the week at practice.

Fox being too Loyal is his biggest downfall, and it will cost him his job.

But dont be pissed when you see Fox taking a different team to the playoffs a time or two.
