look at the bright side, our under-sized, peanut sized, in fact, DE, which we mortgaged our number 1 draft pick to get, should make a fine 3-4 Linebacker.

I have no dobut Brown tries hard and seems like a good guy, but as much in demand as D-linemen are, there is a reason this guy dropped to the 2nd round.

We didn't need to give up next year's #1 for a guy who is only on the field part time.

but, we all know this, all except for Fox/Hurney, apparently.

Eric Berry probably. Though, there a lot of crappy teams this year, so the pick may still be just outside the top 10. It's a stretch, but that's what I'm hoping for.

Most Refs would have called that. Not saying that its right but you dont have to do much to get Roughing the kicker. Really they should change the rule to bumping the kicker or touching the kicker.

You totally missed my point.

It had nothing to do with this game. His mistake in this game is inconsequential.

The mistake was the Panthers' Front office, one of 4 this year alone.

The Panthers Front Office gave up a #1 pick, a number one pick, mind you, to move up in the draft, to take a guy that would have in all likelihood still been there when they drafted.

..and if he had not of been, so what, he is not now, and it is highly doubtful, will ever be the impact player he was drafted to be, not in a 4-3.

3-4, a new coach, who knows; but, in this defense no, and anyone who compares him to Dwight Freeney, well, that's just wrong on so many levels.
