Chris Henry said he made a complete 360 with his life

R.I.P Chris Henry. You will be missed. My prayers go out to you and your family.

I'm not trying to make fun of him at all. But they just showed one of his interviews on sportscenter and he said he has made a complete 360 turn with his life after all his prior transgressions. I just thought that was pretty funny.

I've never understood why people always find that statement dumb and crap...yes you end up in the same direction but that is the only way that you can change completely saying 180 to me means he changed somewhat IMO.

But think about a 180 degree turn. Your on the complete opposite side. That means you're a completely different person than what you were prior.

360, you end up right where you started from.

He was never the smartest person main reason he went to WVU they would take anybody back then.

If he had 'completely turned his life around' (which means, in this case, that he hadn't been arrested in what, 2 years?) then why did he die as a result of a domestic dispute? If he had lived, I'll wager my last dollar that he would have been arrested yet again, the 911 call was made when he was still on the truck, and the caller reported that he was beating on the window!

I don't wish anyone dead, and I do feel for his loved ones, friends, and fans, but come on! To say he had 'turned his life around' is garbage.

But RIP..

If you don't understand that 360 degree means you are right back in the same direction as before, remedial math class is right down the hall.

    • What's wrong with Damien Lewis? He played pretty well last year.
    • Official NFL Cuts Tracker Deadline for roster cuts is Tuesday, August 26th. At this moment (Friday, August 22nd) the only interesting names I see are... K Caden Davis (BUF) RB Ameer Abdullah (SF) WR Equanimeous St. Brown (SF) WR Donovan Peoples-Jones (NO) LB Khaleke Hudson (TEN) Abdullah, St. Brown, Peoples-Jones I don't exactly think we should cut anybody for but it was just interesting seeing those names. Khaleke Hudson was on the Panthers' practice squad last year I believe and might have even gotten called up? And of course, Caden Davis just because of the question mark at kicker this season for the team.
    • I'll say 6/10. I don't know that we learned a whole lot about this team during preseason that we didn't already know. We didn't play the starters enough to really get a feel for what to expect. We had one good drive against the Browns, one 3-and-out and two 3-and-outs against the Texans. That's an extremely small sample size across 3 games regardless of performance. My camp/preseason takeaways: Jalen Coker might be the best WR on this team and is certainly no worse than #2. Nic Scourton is going to be a good player for us. Possibly very good. Bobby Brown was our best free agent addition. Jack Plummer isn't an NFL QB. Not even a practice squad guy. Having anyone other than Canales and Evero call plays was a really stupid and pointless idea. Our depth is largely non-existent, especially on defense. The three areas we actually DO have depth are on the OL, in the WR corp. and at RB. I can't fathom why Dan Morgan didn't do more to upgrade ILB during the offseason. We better hope Lathan Ransom steps up at FS because if he doesn't we have a massive hole. For all the hype surrounding Sanders/Evans, Tommy Tremble is still the best TE on the roster. I'm only slightly less enthusiastic going into the regular season than I was a month ago. I think our starters on offense are solid and we should be pretty good there unless Bryce totally regresses. On defense, we're probably bottom 3rd in the league if 100% healthy and significantly worse than that if injuries become an issue. We badly need at least two of our rookies to become high-level players early (ideally one of the pass rushers + Ransom) and at least 2 of our free agent additions (ideally Moehrig + Bobby Brown) to be significant upgrades over last year. Call me pessimistically optimistic 😆
