Not only will Fox be here in 2010, but it appears Jake will be as well...

All that could change though, so you never know...

Personally, I'd rather Jake be let go regardless... That way, we'll never have to worry about him seeing the field again...

But what would be awesome as well as funny as hell, if Foxs goes to another team and trades for Jake. He is probably the only coach in the league that would do it.

No one is going to trade for Jake and his guaranteed salaries for the next 3 years. And he likely isn't going anywhere. So folks can wonder and worry about whether Jake is going to play next year and continue to angst for the next 6 months. Should be good for 20-30 fear threads between now and training camp.

He might but to what advantage and why now? Makes no sense at all financially and there is no advantage to act before next summer.

You really think that we can't offer one of 80 + roster spots to him going into the season given we will be including UFAs from no name schools, training camp fodder and nobodies. If you had said one of 53 roster spots at the end of the the preseason that is another issue and won't be resolved until August.

That logic makes no sense given what we have invested in him. What are you afraid of?
