Fox can Void 2010 year

Racist is not good term to throw around.

We are all Panther fans

Just sayin....

As far as JR, he didn't get to be a billionaire because he is an idiot. He may be quiet, but, just like all of the other NFL owners I'm sure his ego is most likely large. At the end of he day, it is a business, a business he owns and pays for and is financially rewarded for owning. He is also involved in many of the CBA talks that we are not

privy too.

I'm more interested in the 'disagreement' that Sorenson reported without any details of course, a couple of weeks ago between Fox and Richardson. Does anyone know what that was all about?

Why are you the most racist person any of us have probably met, yet you get a free ride with your uneducated racist conspiracy theories?

You have a lot of hate for "the white man".. iF YOU Spent as much of your time/effort bettering yourself as you did worrying about color you would be the damn president in 20 years...

Its sad to see that your more consumed with the color of man, than the content of his character.....

Me calling Jerry Richardson a mediocre owner more consumed with religion than winning doesnt make me a racist. It just makes me a frustrated fan of the Carolina Panthers. Im sorry guys the truth hurts. The same ones in this thread calling me "racist" are the same ones who've never had the heart or guts to vote outside of their race before. Its always the same white guys on this board who throw the race card in every thread. Scot, Mountain Hop, MadHater, all posters with very low negative opinions of young black males.

Bob Johnson's team is going to the playoff this year. JR's aint. Bob Johnson realized he made a mistake giving Emeka Okafor 80 mill last year and got rid of him after 1 year. JR gives Jake Delhomme 42 mill despite his fanbases objections and after he has 1 of the worst years for a starting QB ever he's gonna bring him back and split the fanbase even more. Bob Johnson was smart enough to get a HOF coach in there to get his franchise going in the right direction and its paying big dividends. Jerry Richardson was stupid enough to get rid of Bill Polian, only to see him build the winningest franchise of the 2000s. Meanwhile the Panthers remain a sub .500 franchise. For every step forward Richardson takes, he always takes 2 steps back, its why we've never had back to back winning seasons in his tenure. Neo-conservative passive owners more concerned about religion dont win in the NFL. The best thing I can say about him as an owner is he takes care of his players genuinely and he managed to get an NFL franchise in NC. Outside of that, I cant call him a winner, I cant act like we didnt have a 1-15 year under his guidance, and I cant act like he knows what good quarterbacking is.

Since you are hellbent on having a black QB, can you throw out some suggestions? Maybe PM me, i'd love to have this conversation with you

Back to the topic please....Foxy.

Any other teams out there that still might fire their coach?

Oakland is always a possibility, but Foxy would never go there.

Panthers job is the best one out there. Fox isnt stupid the only other job I could see him taking now is USC. But would he want to tgo back to the college ranks?

The reason for taking another job is to have a contract. Next year could be iffy. I would guess that lame duck status is not attractive now.

USC was paying Carroll $5million a year. Not bad. But, still could only see that happening if he really, really, wanted back on the left coast.

MadHater, a Panthers employee, threw the first molotov thru the stained glass when he brought up Bob Johnson and said I only support him because he's black. MadHater brought race into this. He deserves all the credit, not I. The Panthers talk more poo and take for granted their die hard fans probably more than any sports franchise in existence.

    • Actually we like to run more than most, and the dropoff isn't that drastic. We seem to be pretty much middle of the road. The Facons, Bucs, Browns and Bengals are the ones where running drops off markedly when they start trailing. Our line, like I said, is somewhat middle of the road.  As to whether or not if it's good or bad is anyone's guess by looking at this. I suspect people who like Old school football won't be upset at this at all. The thing is, we would have to know the game scripts and the situations, as running and or passing making sense is contextual. I know that I haven't necessarily been enamored with Canales's situational play calling. At the end of the day, I believe in using the run to set up the pass and the pass to set up the run, and trying to keep the opposition off balance, but I still believe that you should run it down their throats if they can't stop it.
    • Hey alright baseball is awesome.  I cheer for the Braves but I watch all 30 teams.  I pay for MLB TV and both local teams because I'm insane.🙃
    • Because he's from Charlotte, grew up a Panthers fan, and could still make amazing money as an elite LG for his hometown team. And while I think he's a quality starting LT, he's not a Top 5 type of player either.  If he could prove to be a true elite LG, the money might not be that different than what he could make as a LT anyways. I'm not saying he will, but I don't think it's out of the realm of possibilities.
