Evidence of Tepper meddling in football operations?

Does anyone actually think he's not meddling.  Even worse, his wife is meddling too.  I guess he's so rich that a NFL franchise is his toy and sadly, with the NFL's TV contract and PSLs, I'm sure the Panthers are still super profitable.

Buying the Panthers was about diversifying and growing his wealth.   Simple as that.  Good or bad team, recent history has shown it has no impact. 

How the actual football team does?  Well, that is the toy aspect of it all.   And the Teppers IMO haven't hidden that.  And you can look at his wife for the most glaring example of it all.   A couple crash courses and she is involved in operations, scouting and coaching lol.
