The top teams all feeling beatable definitely makes it a lot of fun. I don’t know if it’s the Panthers being dog water or what, but the NFL has felt pretty meh this year. Maybe it’ll heat up in the playoffs.

This rivalry means WAAAAAAY more to NCSU than it does to UNC. Any season they beat UNC in football or basketball is a successful season for them. It's everything to them.

There's a lot of bad football being played in the NFL right now. Brady recently talked about that.

It also feels like outside of maybe 2 or 3 coaches, everyone is so conservative and uniform. Like I’m watching college ball today and seeing so many 4th down plays, trick plays, fake punts, weird offensive formations. The NFL is so homogenized.

Yeah, I think it was the right call. Forget the analytics. You have a chance to go up two scores against a team playing their first game since losing their star QB. Take the points.
