They got the crucial yards picking on Terry Cousin and Deon Grant on the last play before the FG. Almost not fair.

Sooo true. also the kick returner could have carried the ball well past the 40 yard line with a breakout run. the defense didn't stop them, and that's that.

While that may be true, something as simple as a kick makes a 20 yard difference, and in that late of a game is pure motivation to feed Brady. It was a horrible job. If it was blocked even I'd say ok but we are talking about a bad kick in the super bowl, setting up the other team to win. If you wanted to you could go through the entire game an see reasons why they ultimately lost but none will have the impact of that kick.

It was a choke job, but I don't think it cost us the game. As others have said, Brady moved the ball at will on that drive - can't see how an extra 20 yards would have made any difference.
