Oh… you are going to be in a world of surprised when games get blacked out next year.

Judging from some of the home games the PSL owners aren’t showing up and a good number of them post on this forum about not renewing their seats. After this season I can’t imagine many will be renewing. Knowing Tepper he will sell them to 3rd party resellers just to continue claiming the games are a “sellout”

You're correct that a lot of people sell on the secondary market and don't attend the game/s -- but they aren't selling their PSL's -- there's a BIG difference.

The number of PSL listings is at 2-year lows, which makes sense, think about it.

Tepper had beyond screwed the pooch here.  He will either need to sell the team or move the team.  He pissed off both states.

I would not be surprised if he did move the team. However, the way it's going that would be no great loss.

I have been a devoted, diehard Panthers fan and P.S.L. holder since day one. I would never in my wildest dreams think I would or could have such negative feelings pertaining to the Carolina Panthers that I presently have.

Do you have your PSL's listed for sale?

I know two people personally who are not renewing their PSLs. One is retiring and leaving Charlotte so it makes sense, the other no longer enjoys going to the games

    • When I tell people I was at that game, they usually say oh that’s so cool you had the experience. I call it soul crushing. Why? The weeks and months leading up to it were great, the team was fun to watch every week…some weeks the offense was unstoppable and carried the team (saints and giants road games), other times the defense carried the load (jaguars, tampa). Lots of back and forth games against good teams (Seattle and Indy). Good young players on the team, but the veteran leadership was incredible…from Cam, Olsen, Kalil and J Stew to Luke, TD, Norman, Tillman, Jared Allen, CJ. Role players like Fozzy Whitaker, Cotchery (he caught that MFer), Philly brown, Kyle love, AJ Klein, and so on.  The Friday before the nfc championship my wife and I after a few drinks said let’s see what prices look like for flights/accommodations and we got to talking about how much prices would increase if we waited until we found out if we would be in the big game. We said screw it, we are only out $200 if we have to cancel.  Of course we come out and just pulverized the cardinals in front of the most raucous crowd by far we’ve ever had. We had no idea what we would do for game tickets and then found out a neighbor who worked for the team could get us 2 for face value (each employee got two of their own for free, something cool that JR did).  But then the NFL mafia decided that the storyline of manning going out on top like Elway would give them more goodwill than a non traditional QB who didn’t connect with their target demo and the rest is history. I never have and never will watch that game again. I am just hoping I can see them win one in the 2nd half of my life.
    • Dude you are smart fan. 3 on 0 breakaways won’t matter who is in net. You gotta be better on this one.
    • Raiders are gonna get a good one. Rather have Mendoza fly out and play for the Panthers tomorrow than Bryce
