Adult Recreational Leagues?

Are there recreational sport leagues for adults around the Charlotte area? Such as basketball, softball or baseball. I would love to get into these if they are available. Any info is appreciated.

You're welcome to join into the game me and my friends play. Here's the rules.

1) There is one ball designated as the game ball before the game begins. The game ball is placed no less than 100 yards away from but in sight of the players before the game begins.

2) You are not allowed to kill anyone or cause permanent bodily injury.

3) Scoring goal locations are designated at the beginning of the game and after each point when all players are present. Anything can be a goal.

4) In order to score, the game ball must reach the goal location in the hands of a player.

5) Teams may consist of as little as one player with no maximum limit on size of team. Teams must remain as teams until the end of a game.

6) First Team to seven points wins.

7) Anything not included in these rules is allowable.

We play on every third Sunday, starting at midnight.
