Smoked weed in my high school years could never smoke it consistently. It would always make my heart skip beats and I would be laughing a lot.

Weed isn't for everyone, my friends could smoke 3 blunts and be normal. I could take 2 hits and be high as a kite and paranoid. Fug that. Last time I smoked I was 25 years old.

I went through a period of this. When I was younger I smoked like Willie Nelson. Me and my dumbass friends had this idiot savant idea on high school that if we just stayed high then no one would realize we were high and by god we pretty much accomplished it. We'd smoke on the way to school, smoke at lunch, smoke on the way home from school, etc. then I had to quit for several months to get a summer job in Rocky Mountain National Park. After quitting smoking would make me super anxious. It wasn't cool at all. These days I actually mix my "real weed" with CBD flower. This new poo is just too potent IMO. I'm not 19 anymore. I'm just trying to chill. I don't need to unlock the cosmos with a puff or two. LOL

I will have a drink every now and then. I'm pretty much high off the gym and staying fit. I swear a good workout will have you feeling good. It's like a high in a sense your body feels rejuvenated.

Covid change my lifestyle. I gained 40 pounds during that time. It took me a year and half to lose that weight. I been in the gym at least 5 days a week since that time. I fell in love with it. The gym is my drug.

    • I’m not mad at Moehrig.  He’s great at what he does.  And to be honest, a lot of my favorite safeties in our history were box-first type guys - Maxie, Minter, Mike Mitchell, Chris Harris…  they’re first and foremost objective was to put people on their backs and coverage was secondary.  There is a place for that.  There is a definite need for that.  Physical guys that set the tone.  So cool, we have that in Moerhig. But what we have lacked for the vast majority of our existence is a true free safety that cleans everything up on the back end.  Sometimes they come in the form of a JOAT, like Peppers.  I think he would be a fantastic compliment to Moehrig’s strengths and weaknesses.  If we don’t go after him, I certainly hope Ransom is given the chance to grow and develop in real-time with real game reps, because what he did in preseason was very encouraging to see.  I hope he can grow into that roaming center fielder with a little bit of an edge to him as an enforcer as well.  He has the tools.  In the meantime, adding Peppers would only help.
    • Option 1 is most likely. Even if he kills it this year, it wouldn't be prudent to rush an extension for one good season. If you have to pay him more because you waited another year, then he earned it. And that's OK. Adjust accordingly.
    • Cam had the advantage of having a very strong supporting cast his first 2 seasons. Things definitely worsened later on. But those first couple of years can kill a QB. Some never truly recover. If they do recover it takes years, and usually with another team. Trying to learn to be an NFL QB with TEs and WRs that are trying to learn too is a recipe for disaster. Imagine if Cam's rookie season was that 2014 offensive squad. Changes everything! I said it when they moved up in 2023. This team wasn't ready for a rookie QB yet. Anyone that thinks Stroud would have been a lot better is delusional. The correct formula is to build a strong team and then you go get your rookie QB. Not the other way around. BY is going into his third season and we're still trying to put a respectable group of WRs and TEs around him. I think they have the right personnel now. Unfortunately they haven't developed into actual NFL players yet.  This season we should expect consistency and aggressiveness from BY. Mostly for his development but also to DEVELOP his young cast.
