You guys are all crazy if you want Sanders. With this putrid culture, he'd be terrible!

This!

Any QB really is set up for failure. We would be fools to draft a QB. Unless someone really steps up and show generational talent I say we trade back via Bears style and collect more assets.

No, Im not gonna root for the team to lose because I’m not a loser.

Spending your Sundays unironically rooting for a team that does not actually put out an NFL quality product makes you at the very least extremely gullible. I'd rather be a 'loser' than a useful idiot for the worst owner in the professional sports. Enjoy all 68 quarters of the Carolina Panthers Charlotte Bobcats.

I actually agree. We need to build in the trenches, and get quality starters on the outside. Then draft the QB of the future, in 2027/2028.

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
