it's hard to fathom he's about the same as age Brandon Lafell. I know there is that rumor he will be cut eventually but you can never tell when a reciever will just suddenly get it. Don't know if he's lazy it was probably just easier to dominate at USC and all this "training" and "getting off press coverage" was tough to get used to.

Hopefully, Tolbert connects with our young recievers more and is able to get them to understand the in's and outs of playing at a pro level.

I'm in and have been a DJ fan since day 1. I too am of the belief that the Jake-Smitty-Fox connection has kept Jarrett out of more opportunities. Yes, Jarrett needs to step up and does deserve blame for not having more of an impact, but a lot of his invisibility has been the offensive gameplan. I think we're in a "anything goes" mentality and we will see a new QB link up with big DJ often. Sidney Rice was dormant in Minny until Favre got there...not that we have a Favre-caliber QB, but sometimes it takes a new captain to right the ship.

acuually jarret will benifit from armanti and leffel just as much as smitty will. smitty and armanti stretching the feild will get jarret al kinds on options in the slot, and elsewhere. jarret could benifiet greatly with less/ more favorable coverage.
