Top 5 RBs in NFL history...

Recommended Posts

Barry Sanders probably had the best MOVES. But as a running back, he could not get short yardage. DeAngelo has moves that are close to Barry, but he can get close yardage.

Barry Sanders always got pulled near the goal line. And he tried to break everything. He tended to put his quarterback in third and long too often.

DeAngelo is one of the ten best runners in league history. You have NO IDEA how hard it is to average five yards a carry. Only three running backs in NFL history have ever averaged five yards a carry three years in a row. That's Marshall Faulk, Jim Brown, and DeAngelo Williams.

If DeAngelo averages five yards a carry this year, he will be the only back in league history to have averaged five yards a carry for four straight years.

He is easily in top ten all time. Emmitt Smith only averaged, as an example, five yards a carry once.

DeAngelo Williams...

4 years - 3,850 yards - 30 TDs

Nowhere near top 5 in history. To say otherwise is f**king retarded. I don't care about his average. Let his career play out and then call it. Dude hasn't even been in the league half a fuging decade.
