Wow is this guy overrated. At least at T don't know about G but he was average at best at RT. 1 on 1 he got abused. Just one more reason King is so underrated because he made him look good.

Ask Jared Allen how overrated Schwartz is...

I talked to Jared Allen. He said you probably should at least watch enough film to know what side he lines up on before refuting such claims.

Schwartz did better than he should, but we definitely could use help if Otah gies down for an extended period of time. I hope Pettiti turns out to be a nice surprise.

it's not a matter of whether he is overated, i doubt many feel he is all pro caliber but to have a guy like schwartz& bernadeau who can start a play well at more than one position is great plus robinson gives us another guy who could start.

Fact of the matter is that Allen did line up against Schwartz and didn't get a sack, so Schwartz must have been doing something right?

I'm not saying Geoff Schwartz is as good as Gross or Otah, but he's proved to be a solid backup at tackle so far.

Look at teams around the league, how many of them can say they have a backup tackle that could step right in and give them 3 solid starts?

Probably about 10-15 off hand.
