i have problems sleeping as well.

i usually get 3-5 hours per night. its weird because most college aged people i know can sleep forever, but i just cant do it. im usually up by 7 everyday no matter what time i go to bed. ugh.

If you're like that now, you probably will be like that the rest of your life.

I honestly can't remember the last time I had a good quality sleep, and it certainly snow balls into soooo many other issues as well. On the weekends, I can get the quantity, but never the quality...I toss and turn alot, wake up lots and lots for many different reasons. I'm on my way to the doctors office in a couple of minutes and a sleep aid will be one of the questions.

I say it over and over. Ya gotta log of the net much earlier. Too much stimuli(insert joke of choice here) and it's tough to wind down.

Go read a book. It's counter intuitive but if you have trouble sleeping, get OUT of your bed. That leads to severe insomnia.

Just get up, go to the couch, read a book and drift to unicorn land.

I have to read to read to fall asleep. On the other hand, it has backfired several times if I'm reading a new book.

I also sleep better by myself. Chris wiggles in his sleep, and Chico has to sleep at my butt and won't move. I feel like a pretzel.

      My tailoring green idea was not for him to be the starter but to add some value beyond just a developmental quarterback I think size speed is something Bryce doesn't have he has those and would immediately feel the fourth and one package and possibly red zone and some power packages for us

      Do you have against Willis I believe you're around when we have the draft with corral and Willis were on the board and me personally I was banging the table for Willis as early as round one but a lot of people thought corral was better but it's amazing with a little coaching and time can do with me I always go with potential and upside versus oh the guy just plays football you know sometimes that's not enough

      I know or needs and this probably isn't with a lot of people want but if he's available at 19 I don't think you can discount that he would be the best player on the board I think with 43 speed he's as fast as leggette. 63240 something he would stretch the field  Strike fear over the middle of opposing linebackers and also probably cure our long time history of no serviceable tight end since Greg Olsen I think a lot of needs like tackle maybe linebacker could be filled and free agency to the point like they did last year where we fix a lot of this and draft the best player we can on the board.  After his combine and the numbers in the 43-in vertical I'm not sure that he will be available but if he is I bet that he's highly considered what say you
