I don't get the system quite honestly. it seems like these scum get less time than the drug dealers. which is really screwed up. back on topic, can't say I have any sympathy for him, but I can't honestly say I condone it. yea I'm playing both sides of the fence...

Me, too. Kinda feel sorry for him. Kinda don't.

pretty bad story...but maybe if this kind of news got out a little more it would stop other people from doing the crimes. I honestly think there are many people out there who think prison = tv, playing pool and working out while getting a free education. Maybe a little more reality to what prison life can be isn't such a bad thing.

fug this guy. If you feel remotely sorry for this guy you don't have a child. If you do I feel sorry for them. Especially a girl (who are the victims most of the time), I don't have a child but I do have a niece. Can't imagine what I'd do if some sicko came near her. This poo is disgusting. Oh poor guy he got spit on and embarrassed who gives a fug about him or his rights, he gave those up when he starting creating child porn.

Exactly. I's loose laws and leniency that put them right back on the street as a predator. Most never change its a fact. I have a hard time feeling bad for people like this, you just can't justify it in any way.

There is a reason people who fug with children get poo in prison, even felons don't want them around.

Sounds like that prison is bad news in the first place. A woman giving birth alone in her cell because the guard wouldn't let her out? I don't really feel sorry for the guy but it seems like the way he was treated was barbaric. Funny how some on this board seem to worship the Constitution but have no problem ignoring it when it suits them.

If he did physical or mental harm to children then no, I don't necessarily feel sorry for him. But to give the other monsters in there carte blanche doesn't seem right, either. The newest Playboy has an interview with Peewee Herman. He says they tried to nail him on child porn and almost got away with it. Said the stuff they used as evidence was laughable.

We're dealing with two things here that society doesn't want to talk about....sexual deviants and prison. Espn.com had a story leading off the other day (I think it was espn) about a 24-year old guy begging for a chance to play in the NFL but no team will give him a shot. His crime? He banged his 15-year old cousin when he was 16, and now has that "sexual predator" label on him for life. Black guy who was victimized by other family members growing up.

I can understand your point meat. A simple move from state to state or law change/enviroment can all of a sudden make your partner a minor. I know their are weird cases and circumstances as you stated. They are casualties, I'd rather have them be casualties than the casualties of a more lenient system which means more predators on the street. Sounds harsh but the system will never be absolutely perfect. In this case however, it is child pornography, no excuse.

      No poo tho you might could Jenkins for Legette. They got nothing at WR after the big 2 in Cincy. I don’t think you trade away OL depth. Could get a quality player in cuts. Really that 3-4 end spot what you should be looking for is someone who is stout with long arms and can push back the OL in both the run and pass game for others to make plays…. But we signed Wharton, sometimes I think Evero is a fraud ass nerd who should be an analyst at best.

      you would honestly probably do Monroe Freeling more of a disservice by putting him in a position where is not yet ready to succeed. .we all knew Monroe Freeling struggled at the NFL combine in drills because of technique related issues & would need time to develop  & now all of a sudden before they even put the pads on Monroe Freeling is somehow a starting LT in the NFL ? if he struggled at the NFL scouting combine what do you actually think is going to happen in a live NFL game at LT ? .even our best LT of all time was not ready to start at LT when he was a rookie & he turned out to be a pretty good darn LT by the name of Jordan Gross ...just saying be patient Young Jedis

      well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying
