I would love to see him transition to a part-time QB/WR... Let him play WR and be the 3rd QB. I was all for keeping Pike and thought he had some value, but idk... After seeing him tonight, he floats the ball. He's accurate but I thought his arm strength was better than that, he left several receivers out to dry. I already knew he was mobile, but he's gotta get his passing down - hopefully he makes it to the PS, but I doubt it.

I just don't think Cantwell or Pike are ready for REAL games... So, cut them and put AE as the 3rd QB and let him play WR in the meantime. I don't care if he is 5'10" or whatever, he can throw and run - let him do it.

I am not an AE homer, but I do want him to succeed. I'm proud of his performance tonight.

He had drop issues in the first pre-season game. Have you not watched any since then? He has pretty much caught everything thrown his way, although they were short routes. LaFell and Gettis have had more issues with dropping than AE

What game were you watching? He caught one pass with a defender draped over his back. Even the dumb ass defender thought he couldn't have caught it because he was trying to signal as incomplete while Edwards was busy turning up-field for the first down.

This guy is a Panther, yet he has been dogged relentlessly during the preseason, and he's just looking for his niche with this team, while being used like a lab rat for different experiments. He looked miles ahead in his progress than what we saw in the Jets game.

People need to back off the haterade and let the kid develop.

Wish we still had Henning. His offense there has been improving since he arrived. Ours has been deflating since he left.

I would send you henning gift-wrapped, with a gift card for 200 bucks on the side.

The guy is old, done, and a moron.

I am tired of watching Dan Henning have Chad Henne under center on 3rd and long, hindering his opportunity to see the defense, to scan the field.....and then....once again its 3rd and long....the asshole has him do playaction....from under center.....wasting 2 seconds, of a play where he will AT MOST get 4 seconds with a blitz coming at him!!!

The guy runs the ball when we shouldnt run, he calls highschool end-arounds when a running back is lined up at widereciever and sends him in motion (a highschool defense would be suspecting end-around in that situation) He calls 36 screen plays when our o-line doesnt have the speed to be succesful.

The guy is driving me insane. His 2:00 offense is pathetic. I hate dan henning. I appreciate the wildcat, i do. Its now old, and easier to stop. We have brandon marshall, we have brian hartline, david martin, anthony fasano, davone bess.....go 3-wide, shotgun and let us air it out.

Its insane. So please, Take dan henning.
