Al_Iannazzone: There is more to the Melo deal of course. In the proposed deal the Nets give up Favors and the Golden State 2012 No. 1 pick, protected 1-7..

They also send Devin Harris and Jarvis Hayes’ rights to Charlotte and Quinton Ross to Utah and in return they get Anthony and DJ Augustin.

This could possibly salvage our offseason. We're still weak at the C, but getting a vet PG in there will be great, luckily we have good defense in Wallace/SJ/Tyrus so if we get a "solid" C we should be Ok. Really hoping Kwame shows something, we don't need much really, if him and Nazr can do solid we'll be ok.

Didn't the bobcats make their big run last year (January) when Chandler was out due to injury. Loss of him hurts depth wise but adding Devin to TT, Crash and Jackson makes the Bobcats of 10-11 = Bobcats of 09-10.
