Jim would be a good runner up only and i mean only if u can't get Jon gruden or Bill Cowher. Charlotte needs a coach with a personality, Gruden would fit perfectly. He did wonders for Rich Gannon. We need offense. Charlotte needs something to get excited about plus he's pretty good defensively. U mix all that with all our potential, we should be a contender.
