if smitty is out then bring back kenny moore

Hell no we got Armanti

That is what I was gonna say. If they brought in another WR instead of dressing Armanti I would be pissed!! Who knows how good he will be, BUT they traded a 2nd round pick for him which is going to turn out to be a high second round pick. If Smitty cant play, you have to get Armanti out on the field and get him playing time.

This.

If Smitty is out, this is what will happen:

Guy gets promoted

Edwards stays inactive

Guy starts and/or gets major playing time

You heard it here first!

good call i forgot guy was on the practice squad and im not feeling armanti edwards yet i got the feeling he would get jacked up one good time and be scared for a while. bring in guy let him have a go at it, we need to do something honestly i think smith puts too much pressure on clausen and makes him too uptight clausen needs his own guys out there

no kenny moore didnt get picked up by another team

neither did alot of guys that we cut which should say something

what is up with you guys lobbying for subpar players?

because some of us realize the JR will never spend the money for decent vets, so we r stuck with "hometown" players so the fans can get a little more involved

(AP) — It had been a while since the Carolina Hurricanes had finished practice, with players coming and going from the locker room. Yet Logan Stankoven was still on the ice, leaving a crowd of reporters patiently waiting at his locker. Such is the dynamic for the 23-year-old as the Eastern Conference's top seed heads into Round 2 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs to face the Philadelphia Flyers. Stankoven has been rolling at nearly a point-per-game pace going back to mid-March, including scoring in every game of Carolina's first-round sweep of Ottawa. Beyond the immediacy of that spotlight, though, is the other piece of Stankoven's story: the Hurricanes are betting he can keep growing into the role as second-line center, coming after spending multiple seasons searching for an answer there.
