I can't believe I am saying this, but....

the only way to get upper management to take hold of this situation and give the fans our due respect is for the fans to stop attending the games. The company line is that "this is not a rebuilding year" when it clearly is. The product on the field is not worth what the average fan is paying for. As Richardson seems to have chosen his path, I think it is time that the fans make their collective voices be heard as well.

When they're left wondering what happened, the collective response can be, "It's just business. It is what it is."

I really don't see your point. The NFL isn't going to strong arm Richardson into throwing money at crappy free agents. All boycotting the games would do is hasten the franchise moving away from Charlotte.

If that is the only leverage left to the fans, then so be it. It is what it is

So because we're not going to the playoffs you think everyone should boycott the games? What a shitty fan base.

You don't have to go to the games but you can still support the team... some guys act like the team/JR has robbed them of their life earnings or something.

If that is the only leverage left to the fans, then so be it. It is what it is

Oh yeah, that's smart; let's boycott the franchise and screw ourselves over when the team gets moved because of one year that the owner decides to make business moves (if that was his real intention).

    • Even if you concede that Bryce gets better as the season goes on you cant have a QB that just surrenders the first 2 games and the next 4 or 5 are iffy
    • I understand very clearly that Wilks’ approach in ‘22 wasn’t going to make us able to beat the better teams, but he got us competing and succeeding against the teams we should beat, similar teams to us. And it felt the best any stretch has felt, under Tepper.  But Tepper and the mob here had to have themselves the Offensive Minded HC, play caller guru. How’s that working out?    I know this: guys in the locker room were all about Wilks. He equaled or bested the win total of every other coach under Tepper before or since. It is a fact, and not for nothin.    FWIW I didn’t think he was gifted as a DC, when he was here as the DC. But he was excellent coaching DBs. All those jobs are different I guess, take different skill sets. I think his strength as a HC was getting people to follow him. That goes a long way.  After what has befallen this team since rejecting him, I don’t feel like a lesser fan for supporting him, I promise you that.
    • Since you also posted the Denver game, worth pointing out thumbing do anything for three quarters after the first drive until Denver went into garbage (Bryce) time.  They got a meaningless late touchdown to make it a 14 point and give Bryce some yards.  Since we’re moving into superlatives, they weren’t competitive at all in that game.  and Bryce also got complete outshone by Bo Nix and anyone with pride would retire after that.
