Thoughts on Devin Thomas

To be sitting and watching a 6th rounder out of Baylor showing everyone up must be inspiring. He's not gonna smell the field on gameday if he carries on like DJ did, but you would have to think that watching Gettis start in front of you means that anything can happen. It being his third year, he's getting close to the "now or never" deadline.

Yup, if getting cut and being inactive behind a 6th round rookie doesn't motivate you, nothing will.

I have no basis for this, but I'd rather have Thomas active than Clowney going forward.

I'm pretty sure Thomas had a couple good games last year towards the end of the season. Believe one game he had like 2 tds. Thomas is alittle move prven than Clowney to me.

I still want to see him in the #3 spot over Lafell, I know Lafell performed but DT has the tools to be a excellent receiver.

i would love for devin to prove that he's better than lafell, gettis, or even smith. i'm totally cool, though, if lafell and gettis play on or above the level they did this past week and keep thomas out of the lineup.

if we can nab someone next year that blows them all away next year then i'm cool with that as well.

i just want the best 3 or 4 WRs possible to have the job. i don't care who they are.
