1.) I'm fair, don't make brash decisions, don't clutter the board with dumb picture posts and flaming.

2.) I would keep the threads on topic. Get rid of threads that end up in picture or flame wars.

3.) Next Rams fan that signs up.

you didn't number your answers. Disqualified! next...

Just saying, I know I have no chance so why number! But would like to see the cussing and pictures cleaned up some. We have a photo section ZOD makes very great, so no need for every avatar borderline xxx!

1. A) Ethical

B) Objective

C) Loves the Huddle

2. Respond to destructive posts. Move smack to smack. Not tolerate personal attacks. ( Not that it is not being done now, although the last one sometimes goes on too long. That might be a factor of needing an additional set of eyes.)

3. Not looking for anyone...whoever is violating Huddle rules.

I love the Huddle. I believe people and systems go through tough times. Although I think the overall quality on the Huddle has been better, I believe it can still be better. How can you not want a forum who has given so much to needy kids to thrive? That is why I am here, and because of some people here I believe in. I want us to work, and I want us to be better. I have stayed despite the problems that have caused some others to leave. I believe in us and the good of us. I want us to grow and I want us to be very good.

    • Ravens mixing it up with a random Mark Andrew tush push last year isn't a similar situation.  Lamar has run QB sneaks his entire career.  And often instead of a traditional sneak will even employ a 4th and 1 direct snap to Lamar simply because of how athletic he is (which even Cam did a lot of) and let him pick his own holes.
    • height being an issue doesn't just mean batted balls.  You could argue Bryce minimizes batted balls by adopting other poor habits such as his jump passing and leaving the pocket.   As I said, there are plays you can point to where he clearly was blind to parts of the field/players....which kills plays and opportunity. Which actually means some of the shorter/hot throws when things break down are where his vision gets blocked (and he had below average production all around the line of scrimmage).   has he figured it out? I mean, he improved off a trainwreck start.  But Bryce Young since arriving in the league (even while figuring it out)......doesn't generate much offensive production vs his peers.  I just think his ceiling is low.   And that's not in the grand scheme what you want in the NFL.  I think he can develop into a serviceable QB, that will largely always been a middle of the pack or low end starter.
    • People make a lot of noise about his footwork and I think it is overblown. Whether he takes 3 steps backwards or 5 small steps doesn't matter as long as he ends up at the right depth and is in sync with  the receiver regarding timing. If he does that consistently who cares as long as he has a firm stable base as he delivers the ball. Which he does need to work on. However even that is somewhat overblown given that often QBs have to throw off balance or from different arm angles to fit the ball around defenders. He is considered very accurate so apparently it isn't hurting him that much.
