Are these five men...

Watched the game tape. Ryan Kalil is consistently getting to the second level fast and is out ahead of the play helping pave the road.

Jeff Otah is proving that he was well worth using next year's first round pick.

Couldn't have told you much about Keydrick Vincent without looking him up prior to this year. I expected him to be backing up Toniu Fonoti right now. He's proven to be better than most of us expected.

Jordan Gross? I've been critical of him this year, but can't say much about last night other than that he did great.

And then there's Travelle Wharton. Anyone who scoffed at his contract numbers this offseason needs to take it back. Some folks saw it for what it was, premier guard money, and he's earning it.

Going beyond the five, how about backups like Geoff Hangartner, Frank Omiyale and yes, Jeremy Bridges. For that matter, the blocking from Brad Hoover, Muhsin Muhammad and even Steve Smith now, it all worked beautifully.

That was domination. Don't know if we'll see it on that level again, but it was fun to watch.

Note to the Braintrust: Keep these guys together.

Keydrick was an import from the Steelers. He actually started for them in 2004 when they went 15-1. They're running game was actually second in the entire league that year.

I had a good feeling that the guy was going to be starting for us as soon as we signed him. He wasn't high on anybody's radar, so we got a bargain for him. He's definitely an above average blocker overall.

Scott, make that your sig! But reverse the left and right side lol.

It is my sig most places, but I'm not a paying member on this site.

I orient it that way because that's how they'd be lined up if you were facing them.

(I can see why it'd be a little confusing though)

    • I turned to the NFL Network and they are playing the Wildcard Game against the Rams I think we gained a lot of respect around the league we hung in there for a while into the 4th Quarter 🙂
    • Does anyone know for sure if the game tonite will be on HBO max?  That is where I watched the last one and only access I currently have- I am in SE NC and no broadcast stations carry the games.😖
    • take a  look around the league at other young Qb's such as Drake Maye , Jayden Daniels, Bo Nix , CJ Stroud  & Caleb Williams who at the time like Bryce Young they also were drafted by teams with a losing record .the only difference with these Qb's is after joining their teams with a losing record they led those same teams to a winning record in a very short period of time .it's simply what you call a game changer & or elite Qb's & then take a  look at  the other side of the coin you have Qb's such as Trey Lance, Zach Wilson, Mac Jones, Justin Fields  & Anthony Richardson also like Bryce Young all first round picks who instead of winning either did not play or led their teams to a losing record while playing  Bryce Young who has an overall record of 14-30 & wildly inconsistent & never in the history of the NFL has a Qb 5'10" or shorter had a successful carrer as Qb in the NFL  if anything history is telling you exactly what ?..just saying
