Which RB goes next year.

they all stay. the benefits and need for all of them to remain far outweigh any perceived benefit and there will be plenty of money to handle them all and still do what is needed this year.

only thing i can see is williams being slapped a tag and someone picking him up and us getting compensation that way.

It will seriously piss me off if we let Dlo walk since we had Green Bay and New England sniffing around us for RBs early in the year.

Why wouldn't you trade him while you had the chance and while teams were desperate? Seriously will make no sense to me to let him walk after turning down trade offers.

lol that would be a first for us. Lets hope a coach can come in and gameplan with the right players.

The biggest upside to changing coaching staff is that for all we know what I said could be just one of the smallest beneficial effects.

Or we could be utterly screwed. Either way... fun times.

we keep all three. this season has shown how important it is to have depth at skill positions. and we will have so much cap space once the CBA gets signed that we won't necessarily need to trade our players to acquire new ones... free agency will yield much more potential, and i expect the majority of our signings to come through that avenue.

D-Lo is my favorite player, but I feel we'll tag/trade him. We do NOT need to be a run-first team anymore. If we were to follow that philosophy, then having two A+ backs is a waste. May as well get what you can for one, and let the other and Goodson complement the pass game in 2011/12.
out of necessity we will have be a run first/run heavy team for a couple years if we have a green QB.

as beat up as these guys get, we have to make sure we have 2 that are ready to go at all times. it's pretty much essential to have all of this talent there if we have any hopes of winning for a couple years.

    • I think where they would be picked if redrafted before both classes have played enough football to really tell.  Baker literally looked like a washout with us after Cleveland gave up on him, then turned world beater with the Rams, got a prove it deal with the Bucs and has looked awesome ever since. Asking where Ward would’ve went had he went in ‘24 is just stupid.  I’m no GM, but I wouldn’t have taken Williams #1 either.  I would’ve taken Joe Milton way higher than he went.  I think Shadeur should’ve been a first round pick this year.  Point being, opinions are like buttholes, everybody has one.  It’s my opinion that Ward has that “something special.”  I get that feeling that he’ll be an even better pro than he was a collegiate QB because of whatever that quality is.  I think he’s gonna surprise a lot of people, especially being such an under appreciated first overall pick.
    • Where do we get our T-shirts and hats? Pretty sure this is the first championship ever in professional basketball or football in Charlotte!
    • Nice turnaround for Kon.  I’m still a little worried about his ability to create for himself and others, but it was SL.  Come regular season, he will playing a much different role and shots will be there for him.  He showed some reason for hope - and not just him, but the whole squad.  I suppose for the first time ever, we have drafted and acquired enough young talent that we actually not only competed for once, but won the whole thing in summer league.     Kon, Simpson, and Sims made all the difference.  Almost every year prior I felt we always struggled because we usually didn’t have a floor general/real PG to get us into offense.  This was such a breath of fresh air.  And look at us!  We finally are champions!😂
