Let's also start a petition for no homework on the weekends at your jr high school. Get real man, a petition for Harbaugh? While you're at it, add 'free beer at ths stadium' to your petition.

It worked before, why not now? And leave my jr high alone cause it makes you look bad.

There is a massive difference between putting a logo on the field and personnel decisions.

He was absolutely right to listen to cave to the fans about a logo on a field - he would be a blithering idiot to let some petition by a fans impact who the head coach is.

Not an idiot... He screw the fan base big time, he'll be an idiot by not fixing it. If there is a football next season and we promote Meeks and Clausen is a starter... how many tickets will we sell?

Will not happen. JR simply does not have the balls. Sorry guys, no way it will happen.

JR may not take the risk, but it certainly isn't out of the question. The man isn't getting any older, and he has a history of health issues. After an abysmal season such as the current one and a complete overhaul of our roster, a young fiery coach could look like the best option for Richardson. Recent trends in NFL HC job hires have not be retreads.

Point is, I think if JR steps back, sees the toll this season took on his players, fans, and franchise, a BIG move is going to be made one way or another. The man completely turned our roster into one of the youngest, I see no reason why he wouldn't hire a young guy with something to prove. Players respond best to someone they can relate too. Not to mention, hiring him would be our Lucky ticket.

JR has made public apologies to the fans, but his actions will have to speak louder than words. Whether you agree or not, I bet that Richardson has had a plan in action for some time now. Young roster with promise, a young top-notch HC hire, and a franchise QB prospect waiting in the wings is all lined up. JR wants to win more than any of us, and will spend when necessary.

    • He should be, at minimum his OC seat. His offense and situational awareness are some of the worst I've ever seen from any coach and that includes Matt Rhule. He's slow to react, he's not creative at all, and defenses can feast on his predictability.  I think the HC seat is warm but will get hot really quickly if this team doesn't step it up, and by a lot. We need more Dallas, Miami and Atlanta offense instead of Seattle, SF and Tampa (2). Hell we even barely squeaked by the Jets. He's got to be better or he's going to be gone.
    • I am not thinking he has that in the best order. O’Connell should be in front of Canales, I think for sure. Maybe Lafleur, Packers underperformed a bit. Maybe Quinn. Redskins had a rough year.    Schottenheimer? Don’t see it absent some sort of collapse. Not sure there is a need to put ten names down, really.    Re Canales, if it goes bad early, it is likely Bryce doing his annual ritual. Which is one of the big subplots we will be looking at next year.
    • This guy is a baller! You can tell by how he dissects plays. Already really liked him, but now I'm loving him! Smart, humble,  all around good guy...reminds me of me, LOL. take aways: Give Bryce a ton of credit. Like a lot. When asked about his contract. "I'm not going anywhere. I want to play for this team for as long as I can." YIPPEE! Gave love to TMac, Horn, Tremayne, even Hunter and Theilen. ONE NAME CONVEINENTLY LEFT OFF THE LIST.
