If you're so inclined, you could look into the new Sam Adams Infinium, which is a bier de Champagne. I've read very underwhelming reviews, so I'm staying away.

I'll probably be enjoying some leftover Christmas beers and some kind of barrel-aged imperial stout.

over rated....you can spray beer all over the place as much as any champagne!

I did Dom Perrigion before and don't know what makes it so much better.
