I've said it before and I'll say it again; as long as he(or whoever is hired) brings in a competent offensive coordinator and someone who knows how to work with quarterbacks, I'll be fine with whomever they choose.

definitely agree..

someone said he wears his heart on his sleeve and is fiery.. that's huge in my book.. This 3 out of 4 games mentality and stay even keel is old and tired.. granted you don't want to get too up and too down week to week, but you have to inspire your guys at certain moments to step up a level.. something I don't think Fox was ever able to accomplish..

but most importantly, I want a smart OC and a really good QB coach if we go this route..

I also want to know his style. If Godfrey blows a coverage for a TD(like that would ever happen) how does he coach as Godfrey reaches the sideline? Does he clap? Scream? Coach him up?

The clapping never bothered me, just curious how he would go about it.

i wasn't too impressed with the way he handled the QB situation in buffalo (not that he had much to work with).

he is someone i really have to be sold on.

i just don't see a commitment to improving the worst aspect of the team in this discussion. i want to know his football philosophy and mentality. i have yet to see anything that says it's much different.
