You know what? I'm beginning to wonder if that was the plan all along. Maybe Andrew and JH did both want to end up with the 49ers, and maybe the 49'ers were going to offer us a trade.

And maybe JR got pissed off at this coupe and thew a wrench in their plan when he said, we are NOT trading our pick, forcing Luck to go back to school, if he doesn't want to come here.

I don't know. Just more speculation. Bleh.

Luck isn't going to declare people. He wants his degree, period. If anything they will try to move up next year, I don't see them as suddenly being a winning team as they are rebuilding as well, so that would make more sense.

well take luck out of the picture....what if they just generally wanted the first pick...would you go for the trade
