Yeah, would be great to emulate them but we never have. Our offense has never been 1/10 as creative as theirs... Yeah, they run the ball, but they pass it too.

Nothing of course, but you still have to be able to pass the ball when required. If we could have emulated the Steelers passing game in 08/09, we would have had a couple of very good seasons.

Also it is easier said than done, I'm sure most teams are striving to build a consistent Defense like the steelers, a very good offensive line and all that to go with a Pro-bowl caliber QB.

Yeah them boys are clowning the Jets. We would be lucky to have anywhere near the succuss the Steelers have. I know there a lot of haters out there but they are probably one of the best sport Franchise around.

Well, our predictive play calling this past season ruined any chance we had at that strategy. Basing your game on running is useless if you call the same damn plays over and over again and allow the defense to mob you every time...

and that defense is plain nasty.. people want to hate and be over dramatic about them, but I want that defense and hope Rivera brings their mentality to the Carolinas..

Yeah, you are completely right. Even if you are a good running team, you can't be so one dimensional all the time or else the other team will eventually just stack the box and stuff you more times than not..
